Experience securing applications, cloud services or infrastructure used by real customers.

Enough breadth across frontend, backend and operations to follow how data and permissions move through a product.

Enjoyment of practical work: reviewing code, investigating issues and building improvements with the team.

Familiarity with access management, vulnerability checks, credential protection, monitoring and audit preparation.

Good judgement about risk, usability and the team's priorities, and the ability to explain your recommendations clearly.

Clear communication, care for your colleagues and confidence taking responsibility in a remote team.
